Sub Pumps
We also supply and install sub pumps in homes for our customer’s satisfaction and convenience. Sub pumps are a great asset to any home as well as peace of mind to homeowners. For example, I will give you two scenarios. Scenario 1: You have no sub pump in your basement and decide to go on vacation, and upon your return you notice that there is 4 feet of water in your basement, due to your broken water heater. The cost then would be very expensive to pump all of the water from your basement and would also damage all of your belongings. Scenario 2: Upon your arrival you would notice that there was a water leak by the dampness in the air but the water would have traveled to the sub pump, which would have removed all of the water, leaving you with your entire possessions still in tact and in the same condition that you left them.

On those cold winter days and nights unless the heat in your home is kept at a certain temperature your pipes will freeze. If they are frozen just give us a call and we will respond immediately with huge butane heaters to thaw out those pipes as well as our professional pipe thawing machines, that we stock in our trucks.
